She is an Executive Coach, consultant, facilitator/trainer and public speaker with over 26 years working experience across 4 careers (Accountancy, Marketing, Insurance, Coaching) in 14 countries. As a coach, she has served top executives in over 100 organizations over the past 11 years.
The Founder of the first coaching firm in Eastern Africa, Norah is spearheading the development of the coaching industry in Uganda and the East African Region.
In her past life as an employee, Norah left a track record of performance in various industries and sectors including: petroleum, health, banking, hospitality, insurance, beverages and, the development sector.
Norah is married to Sam Bwaya; they have 3 children aged 26, 19 and 14.
She holds a Bachelors in Commerce (Accounting) Hons. from Makerere University; Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute; Certified Professional Coach (CPC) – International Coach Academy, Australia; and has just completed a Doctorate in Executive Coaching – Middlesex University, UK.
